Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is shown on each product page — typically 30–100 pieces for decor items and 100–500 pieces for storage and pet products. Many SKUs can be mixed within one container to reach the volume.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Stock samples are usually free and you cover the courier cost. Customized samples are charged and the sample fee is refunded against the bulk order.
Do you support OEM and private label?
Yes. We handle custom color, logo printing, private label, custom gift boxes and custom carton artwork. Send your artwork in AI, PDF or PSD format.
How do you control quality?
We issue a pre-production sample for approval, run inline inspection during production, and complete a final random inspection before loading. You receive a photo report before shipment is released.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with the balance against B/L copy. Irrevocable L/C at sight is available.
How long does production take?
Usually 25–45 days after deposit and artwork approval. Peak season (August to October) should be booked earlier.
